RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRANSPORTATION

  1. Zai Cargo SAS (the transporter) is not a public transport company and accepts the products for transport, under the following conditions.   6. Load and unload.   7. The Carrier may, if necessary, sign a document prepared by the Customer, acknowledging receipt of the bill of lading. It will not accept the correctness or condition, quantity or weight of the shipment at the time of receipt by the carrier.
  8. Liability for damages and detriments. The carrier will not be responsible for damages caused as a result of war or insurrection, invasion, requisition, or destruction by order of government authority, seizure and/or confiscation under legal process. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Your parcel will only be transported with a guide or delivery note representative of the same shipment. (No more than one parcel with a single guide or delivery note will be accepted).
  2. Each user of ZAI CARGO must be responsible for ensuring that the shipment to be made is well packed and with the corresponding security measures for safe transportation. (ZAI CARGO DOES NOT respond for delicate items that suffered damage due to being poorly packaged).
  3. Each ZAI CARGO user must declare what they are really sending in their parcels. (ZAI CARGO is NOT responsible for those articles that are revalued by the different customs or airport authorities and that were not declared at their origin).
