We deliver to the door of the house in main cities, in the case of municipal smaller towns or small cities, the delivery to the recipient’s address will depend on the coverage handled by each carrier, the weight and volume of the package.

The recipient must be Ecuadorian and must be registered at the Consulate with their family nucleus. If the value of the content exceeds USD 400, you must pay taxes at destination.

Yes you can send cell phones, but with the following requirements:

  • You can only send 1 per box.
  • The cell phone only can be packed with its accessories (Charger, hands-free, case), it can not contain any other merchandise.
  • You must specify the IMEI number and cell phone brand in the description of the invoice.
  • In the invoice you must specify the tariff item number 8517130000 and clarifying whether or not it exceeds 22 UVT's
